Overview
3D Pultrusion represents a breakthrough in continuous composite manufacturing, enabling the production of curved, twisted, and complex-shaped profiles that were previously impossible with conventional pultrusion.
Our patented 3D pultrusion systems incorporate sophisticated CNC-controlled actuators and flexible chilled bands that allow fiber-reinforced profiles to be shaped in three dimensions as they exit the die. This eliminates secondary forming operations and enables new design possibilities.
The technology achieves positioning accuracy of ±0.001 inches and can produce components ranging from aircraft body panels to wind turbine blades without expensive molds.
