Company Founded

Ebert Composites Corporation established in Chula Vista, California, with a vision to revolutionize composite manufacturing through thermoplastic technology.

1995

First Patents Filed

Filed foundational patents for thermoplastic pultrusion processes, establishing the company as an innovation leader in the composite materials industry.

2000

Transonite Development

Development of the Transonite platform began, creating advanced sandwich panel technology for RF-transparent radomes and lightweight structural applications.

2005

Air Force Partnership

Established strategic partnership with the U.S. Air Force for development of next-generation radome solutions and advanced composite structures for defense applications.

2010

$2M NIST Grant Awarded

Received $2 million grant from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Advanced Technology Program for defense composites research and development.

2015

Infrastructure Expansion

Sequential Deposition Patent

Granted US Patent 11,400,665 for sequential circumferential deposition of thermoplastic composite prepreg material, expanding our continuous processing capabilities.
